Currently we are seeking an experienced jewellery Boutique Manager for a renowned Luxury Fine Jewellery Retailer in Subiaco.
The purpose of Boutique Manager is to manage operations and sales staff with high performing teams, as well as consistently act as a brand ambassador to ensure the effective communication of the brands values internally and externally.
An understanding of Fine Jewellery is essential.
Reporting to the Directors, responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support sales teams with sales, training and operational duties
- Assist with the recruitment of staff
- Administration duties as required
- Communicate and reflect the brand strategy and goals
- Support the team to maximise business performance
- Analyzing group stock sales and feeding client trends and demands into yearly buy plan
- Researching trends in Australian Luxury Jewellery market
- Assist in the implementation of business initiatives and CRM objectives
- Liaise with internal departments on initiatives, eventing support and stock allocations.
- Analyse competitor activity/performance, rankings within each axis to drive performance
- Assist in developing social media marketing campaigns
- Support the usage and implementation of retail digital tools
- Monitor the execution, performance and productivity of services
Experience required:
- Prior management experience in a Fine Jewellery environment
- Highly organised with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Works well under pressure and in meeting deadlines
- Passionate about luxury jewellery and a strong desire to succeed in operational support
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced MS Excel skills
