About the role
We are currently seeking a Melbourne based Boutique Store Manager who has a sound and broad knowledge of fashion retail skills, is experienced in providing superior retail service, and is passionate about the growth and success of Dolce & Gabbana in Australia.
You must be dedicated, hardworking with an enthusiasm for fashion and retail and maintain a drive to succeed. You must understand visual merchandising, training and development, and excellent customer service. You must be capable to motivate a retail sales team to consistently achieve set targets.

• Managing plans for stock levels and organisation
• Analyse consumer buying patterns and predict business trends

• Understand, review & summarise KPI’s & Sell Through reports
• Complete regular and ad hoc reports for senior management
