This high end brand prides itself on being a global market leader in the premium apparel, fragrance, and accessories industry.
In this role, you will deliver an exceptional standard of company care with a loyal global customer base, expand your management skills to drive results in a high performing boutique all whilst developing and driving your team to success!

About You
- 2-3 years of management experience is required within a medium-large sized team.
- Proven experience exceeding a broad range of KPI’s in a high performing store and have the ability to work autonomously
- Passion for styling, outfitting, fashion and providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to identify and develop on individual skill sets and work toward Development Plans
- A people leader who is passionate about the growth of their team
- Previous experience hiring/recruitment and performance management.
- Visual merchandising planning and strong operational management
- Experience with rostering, timesheets and approvals.
