Tasmania Campers is looking for branch manager one of Tasmania's leading rental vehicle companies and is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service for budget minded travellers. We are 100% family owned in NZ and Australia and specialise in catering to the international tourist market by providing competitive rental rates so our overseas travellers can plan flexible, affordable and comfortable travel.
The role
- Based at our Hobart office located in Cambridge near airport
- Preparing and completing rental administration including rental agreements
- Customers complaints
- Day to day operation of emails
- Phone correspondence with customers
- Handle breakdowns
- Processing payments
- Assure vehicles are ready for customer pick up and all cleaning and safety checks are completed
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner and work to create unforgettable experiences
- Picking up and returning customers to airport in our shuttle.
- Dropping back when required to groom vehicles
- Vehicle maintenance
About you
- Have a passion for detail and providing extraordinary customer service and vehicle maintenance and responsible for registration of vehicles and hire and drive.
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including over the weekends and public holidays if required
- Have a friendly and positive attitude
- Be reliable and have good time and self-management
- Ability to work unsupervised
- You have a full clean valid drivers license
- You must be eligible to work in Australia to apply. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role
Skills and experience
- Work experience in a customer service role is a bonus but not essential
- Be able to work in a fast past, dynamic environment, and handle any customers queriers.
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm and polite when under pressure
