About the Opportunity
Due to consistent growth across our business, we have a fantastic opportunity available for a highly motivated, customer focused Branch Administrator to join our team in Longford TAS 7301.
Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Provide administrative support across the branch
- Set up and maintain administrative processes and records for the branch
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail plus courier services
- Maintain office supplies and branch amenities
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on routine matters
- Provide routine bookkeeping support services
- Assist in preparing branch timesheets and liaise with Payroll on pay related queries
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Help maintain safety stock levels and ensure stock records accurately reflect inventory on-hand
- Provide a professional and friendly point of contact for callers and visitors to the branch and serve customers on the retail counter from time to time.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a similar Administration role.
- Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft office applications.
- Good communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team.
- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
- Well-presented and friendly with a willingness to learn and drive to achieve.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- A desire to grow and develop a long-standing career within the Water Dynamics business.
