An exciting opportunity to be a part of our thriving and successful international company exists in our Albion Park branch for a highly motivated, organized and enthusiastic Branch Manager.
Your Role
Your role as our Branch Manager is to provide leadership and guidance to the Albion Park team. You will be an organized and approachable team leader who can ensure company objectives are being met, sales targets are set and adhered to and are aligned with the organization's strategies.
Being the leader of your site, you will have strong communication skills and be able to develop and collaborate with stakeholders and negotiate desired outcomes. This includes providing feedback to Managers and staff, and where necessary, addressing any disputes calmly and confidentially.
What You’ll Need
• Previous experience in in a management position essential
• Knowledge of the commercial/construction building industry
• Qualifications in Business Management advantageous but not essential
• Expert skills using Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable providing feedback and performance management employees
• Highly approachable, respectful and supportive to managers and all employees
• Exceptional communication, leadership and teamwork skills
• System-orientated company policies and procedures
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team with positivity, fairness and supportiveness
• Strong problem solving and resolution skills
• Be proficient at analyzing reports and providing recommendations to develop the business.
• Be an approachable and caring leader who maintains confidentiality
• Have an understanding of health and safety practices
