About the role
As a Branch Manager you will perform a highly valued and critical role, developing a team to safely deliver outstanding service to our customers. This position based at our PORT HEDLAND branch in which we are open to Work Life Balance and remuneration to suit. You will be responsible for your team and its operation being Fleet Utilization, Maintenance and upkeep of assets, Management of your fleet of Trucks incl of Prime Movers and Liquid Waste Tankers. You will be successful in this role if you can relate to people, can mentor, and train your team, take pride in your workplace, and deliver exceptional customer service.
A day in the life……
LEAD your team and profitability of the branch.
MANAGE your staff and operations, in a safe and efficient manner.
COMMINICATE in your pre starts and set tasks for the day.
DEVELOP business and sales strategies to deliver success.
ENSURE implementation of procedures and policies.
QUALITY control of our stock and maintenance of assets.
BUILD relationships with Customers and Suppliers.
About you
Ideally you will have experience in a similar position
- Sales and operational management experience.
- Previous team leadership experience, developing a key team.
- A track record of delivering on customer service KPIs.
- Proven ability to build and maintain an extensive network in Western Australia or have an extensive network.
- Experience working in and supervising in a branch environment.
- Prior exposure to hire equipment, logistics and waste management.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to OH&S and will need to undergo a Pre- Employment Medical, including a Drug & Alcohol Screen and Police Clearance checks.
