My client, a leading equipment supplier in the mining and industrial sector, the company provides top-quality fasteners, tools, and power tools. With a recent retirement of the outgoing manager, the company is seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to lead the Kalgoorlie branch.
Position Overview:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Kalgoorlie branch. They will manage a small team of four employees, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients in the region. This role requires a hands-on leader with a background in the industrial sector, particularly in fasteners, tools, and power tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of four employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Operational Oversight: Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mining and industrial sector to drive branch growth and profitability.
- Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Financial Management: Overseeing the branch’s budget, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports on branch performance, sales, and other key metrics for senior management.
Salay and Benefits
Base – $90k - $100k | Super 11% | Bonus Structure
