About the Role
Summit Brisbane is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join the team. The right person will be an integral part of our Leadership Group, contributing ideas on how our business can move forward given the current climate. You will be working with a group of existing SME customers, and have the opportunity to develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major national accounts.
About You
To be successful for this role you will have or be able to demonstrate:
- Branch Manager or Team Leading experience in the recruitment industry
- Understanding of a P & L - including budgeting and forecasting
- The ability to manage and grow a portfolio of key clients within Queensland
- Proven experience engaging customers and candidates by providing excellent customer service
- Recruitment and management of the team including ongoing team support, mentoring and training. Adhere to HR & industrial regulations
- Develop new potential clients through market opportunities, leads and referrals
- Ability to build relationships with clients face to face and over the phone
- Have undertaken Clients visits and phone calls to discuss new and existing opportunities
- Prepare quotations for clients and follow-up to secure business
- Ability to understand, interpret and apply employment legislation; including Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements / Individual Agreements
- Update internal system on clients visits and phone call activity
- Timely and accurate response to employee and internal/external stakeholder enquiries.
- A passion for building relationships and growing your sales portfolio
- Sound experience Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Professional presentation with the ability to liaise with clients and senior management
- Drive, passion and a can do attitude
- Passion for customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- Effective Leadership that develops a highly motivated team
