The Role
Reporting to the Gold Coast Branch Manager and based in Coomera, the Gold Coast Branch & Service Administrator will be responsible for performing a range of administration functions for the GC and SEQ region.
Some key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Undertake and provide administrative support to the Branch
- Collaborate with the Gold Coast Service team to deliver excellent customer service
- Support and assist service technicians with timesheets and schedules via Salesforce Service Field
- Generate service jobs, purchase orders, and invoices
- Generate accurate and timely reports, update client portals and maintain databases
- Develop strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates their exceptional administrative experience, has an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and demonstrates the below attributes:
- Strong administrative skills; particularly PO, invoice and timesheet management
- Experience within a service business is highly desirable
