A fantastic leadership opportunity is currently available with a successful community nursing, NDIS, and home care service provider operating throughout The Orange and Bathurst regions.
This broad and varied role will see you lead and manage multiple branches across day-to-day operations, driving excellence in client service delivery. You will supervise and support staff, facilitating continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Aged Care/NDIS legislative and standards.
Tasks include;
- Manage the day-to-day operations of 2-3 branches, supervising and coaching staff to nurture a high functioning, collaborative team with a positive culture and energised staff engagement.
- Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement streamlined, efficient and client responsive systems and processes.
- Champion business and growth activities, enabling subsidiary operations to meet the needs of a rapidly growing client base.
- Achieve growth targets assigned as Key Performance Indicators, by the executive and/or Board, measurable by increased service hours.
- Maintain compliance with Aged Care/NDIS legislation, standards and quality frameworks, ensuring related policies and procedures are updated and maintained.
- Be responsible for the rostering of staff to client services
- Support a healthy workplace for all staff, ensuring work, health and safety requirements are met.
- Coach and mentor staff to achieve employment performance goals and positive individual outcomes for employees.
We are seeking an experienced management professional, ideally with a sound understanding of the Aged Care/NDIS sector. You will possess excellent time management skills and have the ability to prioritise your work. Your strong communication skills (both verbal and written) along with a solutions focused approach will ensure your ongoing success in this role.
