The Position – Branch Manager - Operations
This is a new opportunity that will suit a motivated branch or high level operations manager looking for advancement. Facilitating the smooth operational and branch functions for the business unit. Providing support to the Project Managers, Operations and Senior management. This is a varied role that ensures allocation of resources and project costs are captured and managed in line with the individual projects.
Duties Include but not limited to:
• Allocation of staff and resources for projects
• Overseeing Warehouse managers
• Co-ordination of inbound and outbound stock
• Assist process payroll
• Invoicing of completed project works
• Maintain compliance documents
• Other duties as requested by management

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Operational Role or Branch Manager with Operations experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
- Professional and Punctual
- Proficient use of IT systems – Microsoft Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Exposure to Job management software an advantage - preferably AroFlo
- Comfortable working in a changing environment as no two projects are the same
