As the Branch Manager, you will be joining a small team of passionate individuals who help support and drive the growth of the business. Working closely with our blue collar clients and internal team, you will be responsible for management of the day to day operations, managing the client base and assisting with growing of the business.
Our Ideal Person..
- 2+ years experience in a recruitment Branch Manager or Team Leader position
- Be prepared to get on the road and source new business opportunities
- Experience working within a blue collar labor hire agency
- Possess a growth mindset and have a ‘hands-on approach’
- Ability to coach/mentor new and existing internal staff members
- Confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with FastTrack 360 is highly desirable
