AddressBranch Supervisor – Arundel, Gold Coast, Queensland.
Total Hardware are a national based, Australian owned and operated security, window and door hardware business looking for a confident, self-motivated and experienced Branch Supervisor for our Gold Coast branch located in Arundel.
The successful candidate will need to manage the day-to-day operation and warehouse staff in the branch along with a commitment to managing the end-to-end sales order process.
The successful applicant must ensure we continue to provide an outstanding customer service experience and satisfaction. Your ability to drive, motivate and deliver outstanding customer service skills shall include the ability to be a hands-on supervisor who leads by example and multi-tasks with outstanding organisational skills.
Experience / Skills required
- Branch / Warehouse supervisor/management experience.
- Hands on and disciplined Branch Supervisor who leads from the front.
- Clear communication skills – written and verbal.
- Excellent phone manner,
- Customer sales / service experience, within the building industry preferred.
- Ability to take initiative and maximize sales opportunities.
- Keen eye with attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
- Computer literacy and proficiency using excel.
- Punctual, organised and self-motivated.
- Fork lift licence.
Duties will include however, are not limited to:
- Managing the day-to-day operation and staff within the branch.
- Ensuring the branch and staff adhere to the company national policy, process and procedures always.
- Maintain branch presentation and upkeep.
- Monitoring branch stock on hand is appropriate to fulfil order requirements.
- Manage stock transfer orders as required.
- Assisting customers with product enquiries via email or phone.
- Processing of customer quotes, orders & invoices.
- Communicating with customers regarding orders & delivery status.
- Processing credit card payments.
- Provide support to the sales team.
- General administration duties, as required.
- Attending to showroom customers.
This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 4.30pm with ongoing training and support provided.
