Branch/Workshop Manager

Komatsu Forest Pty Ltd is a stand-alone Company within the Global Komatsu Group dedicated to the sustainable forest harvesting industry. 

We are currently seeking an experienced Branch/Workshop Manager to join our Wodonga based workshop Team.

The primary function of this role is to deliver machine builds on time in accordance with pre agreed delivery dates and budgets. 

Attention to detail and the ability to lead a Team in meeting scheduled outcomes is pivotal in this role.

This position reports directly to the National Product Support Manager and will require the ability to assist with proto-typing engineering solutions and ensuring design details are recorded to enable repeatability. Efficient management of the procurement chain is also a function of this role. 

To succeed in this role you will possess:

- High level technical experience in mechanical/hydraulic/electrical systems. 

- Strong communication skills at all levels of business

- A commitment to scheduling and developing a Team of highly skilled trades people to constantly seek improved efficiencies in their daily acticvities.

- Commitment to workplace safety and environmental requirements
