Job Description:

Wine Tasting Events: Conduct engaging and informative wine tasting sessions for visitors at our winery, providing insights into our wines, production processes, and brand story.

Promotional Events: Plan and execute promotional events both onsite and offsite to raise awareness of our wines, attract new customers, and enhance brand visibility.

Social Media Management: Utilize your social media skills to create compelling content, engage with our audience, and promote our wines across various platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Wine Club Membership Growth: Develop strategies to attract new members to our wine club and implement initiatives to retain existing members, offering exclusive benefits and experiences.

Restaurant and Wine Cellar Accounts: Cultivate relationships with restaurants and wine cellars to secure placements for our wines, negotiate terms, and ensure optimal visibility and sales.

Private Tasting Events: Organize and host private wine tasting events for corporate clients, special occasions, or VIP guests to provide personalized experiences and showcase our premium wines.

Role Overview: As a Brand Ambassador for Ubertas Wines, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with customers, industry professionals, and key stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to promote Ubertas Wines, increase brand awareness, drive sales, and cultivate a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

Promotional Activities: Organize and execute promotional events, tastings, and experiences to showcase Ubertas Wines to consumers, trade partners, and the media.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, wine retailers, restaurants, and distributors to drive sales and brand loyalty.

Education and Training: Provide education and training sessions on Ubertas Wines for staff at retail locations, restaurants, and events to increase product knowledge and brand advocacy.

Social Media Engagement: Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engage with our online community.

Brand Representation: Represent Ubertas Wines at trade shows, industry events, and wine festivals to promote our brand and expand our network.

Work towards predefined KPIs related to sales targets, customer acquisition, wine club membership growth, event attendance, social media engagement, and other relevant metrics.

Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from customers and partners to inform product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions. Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the wine industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Passion for wine and a genuine interest in sharing knowledge and enthusiasm with others.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
