Full Circle spirits is a small batch, luxury producer of spirits, liqueurs, bitters and aromatics based at Verdun in the Adelaide Hills. We have won numerous awards in Australia and overseas, including medals at the London Spirits Competition over many years. We are passionate about seasonality, quality products and creativity. With the opening of our venue takeover at Verdun, we are growing and looking to expand our team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and driven individual who loves luxury spirits, building connections and knows their way around the Adelaide bar scene and spirits industry.
You may be a bartender or mixologist looking to expand your career, someone who is entrenched in the hospitality industry locally or a spirit sales executive looking for a new challenge. You need to be deeply passionate about spirits, and be a fantastic networker. We’d love to see if we can work together to grow our brand presence and sales in Adelaide’s venues, bars, restaurants and bottle shops.
About the role:
The role is deeply focused on delivering brand and sales growth for Full Circle Spirits through hospitality and retail premises. Our products are incredible - we just need you to get out there, talk to people about our range of products and help build the wholesale customer base in our home city.
You enjoy the challenge of talking to venues and potential customers, growing brand awareness and driving sales in the local market. In addition to lead and sales generation, you will also work with our team to drive strong consumer connections. You’ll be part of the team that represents Full Circle Spirits at events such as festivals, tasting events and store activations.
You’ll be super organised, professional and be great at managing relationships with people at all levels of business. You’ll also have a strong alignment with our shared company values.
This role may require some evening and weekend work, and is suited to those looking for a part-time or full-time role. There may be the opportunity to travel interstate for events.
About you:
Ideally you have a strong hospitality and or/sales background in the alcohol industry. Bartending and cocktail making experience would be highly regarded. Above all we are looking for someone who is positive, reliable, results driven and trustworthy.
You love meeting people and telling the story of our brand. As such you'll likely be a great communicator.
You are well organised, be able to work autonomously, and able to learn our systems quickly.
You'll need to have a driver’s license, a car and a valid RSA.
