About our client
Our client is a dynamic player in the Advertising and Branding industry, renowned for their layered approach to brand management. With a commitment to excellence, our client is seeking a Brand and Social Media Manager to join their team in Claremont and drive creative brand communication.
About the opportunity
In this role, you will have the following opportunities:
- Act as a liaison between the social team and clients.
- Oversee social communication channels for client brands, managing campaigns, timelines, and alignment with offline activities.
- Collaborate with client marketing teams, internal teams, and suppliers to deliver high-quality work.
- Review and ensure the delivery of client KPIs on time and within budget.
- Manage and engage with clients requiring broader brand services.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead client interactions.
- Expertise in Meta platforms, including Business Page reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Exceptional organisation and time management abilities.
- A keen eye for detail, especially spelling and grammar.
- A deep understanding of social commerce, advertising trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Google Advert and YouTube expertise is a valuable asset (not essential).
