Role and Responsibilities
- Execute education sessions nationally for our business partners, including webinars, workshops in groups, onsite, or mentoring spa managers.
- Provide hands on education programs according to organizational requirements.
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed, interstate & regional for our VIP partners.
- Implementation of brand concept to new and existing partners.
- Map education plans; design and develop education programs based on brand concepts and strategic direction.
- Work with sales team to identify educational needs of partners.
- Create annual education programs around company budgets.
- Develop, adjust and oversee educational tools, instructional materials, aids and manuals for consistency across our network of partners for our market.
- Update, utilize and maintain the use of multi learning platforms to provide opportunities for our partners to access education and brand information, including online programs.
- Amend & correct educational material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate results of educational programs.
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes, through survey feedback from those receiving programs.
- Continually ensuring quality company educational requirements are met nationally.
- Provide onboarding for new employees on products and treatments.
- Assist with information & support for marketing strategies to expand the market of company brands.
- Work with and support sales team in acquisition/start-up of new partners (e.g. offering trial treatments etc.) and providing start-up education for new businesses.
- Support in development of exhibition/conferences as well as personal presence during exhibitions/conferences.
- Market education opportunities to partners and provide necessary information, measure attendance and interest.
Must have:
- Beauty therapist qualification, minimum CERT 4
- Own vehicle
- Be able to travel
- Experience in education and development of training programs, including digital space
