We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to join our Brand New Centre in Kiama.

As Centre Director, your responsibility and time will be spent on staff and their development and operations of the centre.

About you:
- ACECQA Approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (desirable - Diploma qualification considered for a strong Director)
- Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role advantageous
- Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
- Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
- Strong computer skills
- Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Current Working with Children Check
