AddressOsborne Park Jeep (part of Eagers Automotive) currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant / Assistant Manager or someone who has Finance and Insurance experience looking to take the next step to join our team at Osborne Park Jeep.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this role is primarily responsible for guiding guests through the buying process with high quality service, whilst delivering the best solution to meet their needs.
To reach your Monthly Sales Targets, you will need to:
- Maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance
- Delivering exceptional customer experience by understanding all areas of the business
- Building and maintaining relationships with your internal and external stakeholders
- Developing your knowledge of our brand, products & services
- Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step
- To ensure the administrative operations are completed accurately
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
- Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service

Monday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Wednesday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm
About you:

Prior experience in automotive sales roles will be highly regarded. However, individuals that are passionate salespeople or those who have a customer service background are more than welcome to apply.

You will ideally possess:
- Must be currently experienced with providing finance or lending services
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and driven by results
- Proven track record of meeting KPI’s and sales targets
- Valid Australian working rights and driver’s licence
- Ability to perform in high pressure environments
- Must have or be willing to obtain a vehicle sales licence
- Prior automotive sales experience (desirable but not essential)
