About the Role:

More about You:
- Previous retail management experience preferably with a background in apparel
- Exceptional communication and motivational skills to lead and inspire your team
- Ability to maintain high store, stock, and visual merchandising standards
- Experience with achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Experience in rostering to manage wage budgets effectively
- A true passion for delivering exceptional customer service
