Are you our Centre Director?Our dream Centre Director thrives in the following ways.
⭐ Manages the day to day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures
⭐ Leads, supports and motivates a large team of educators in providing the highest quality service
⭐ Manages rosters using our time and attendance system
⭐ Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, parents, children and the wider community
⭐ Guides Educators to best practice (overseeing and supporting the roles across the service)
⭐ Oversee expectation of Centre presentation internal/external play spaces
⭐ Promote and market the service to increase utilisation, viability and manage the centre waiting list
⭐ Coordinate day plan of staffing
⭐ Oversee compliance
⭐ Monitor all staff interactions to ensure they are in line with the EYLF and The Grove Academy standards
⭐ Upholds a premium service in line with The Grove Academy standards
The important bits…It's a requirement for our Assistant Directors to hold the following qualifications, experience & skills.
🍎 ECT (Early Childhood Teacher) or Diploma in Children Services
🍎 Minimum of 1 year experience directing a centre is essential
🍎 Currently possess, or be willing to obtain, a National Police Check Certificate
🍎 Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma & Anaphylaxis
🍎 Maintaining a positive and professional attitude
🍎 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
🍎 A strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture within our centre
🍎 Ability to plan and implement a quality, educational and child based program in line with The Grove Academy standards
🍎 Demonstrated leadership ability with large teams
🍎 Ability to relate to individuals of various ages, social and cultural backgrounds
🍎 Experience with Assessment and Rating
