AddressWe are looking for a Hot Section cook for our busy cafe in bellingen.
Roles would include
- Hot breakfast/lunch service (120 seat cafe)
- Poaching, Scrambling, Frying Eggs, Using Grill & Fryer
- Stock rotation & monitoring
- Assist in the creation of Specials
- Ability to work as a team alongside others cooks
- Food Preparation
- Cleaning of kitchen
Job would include 5 days including weekends.
No split shifts
7-8 hour days
Family ran & owned business.
Happy to work in with family commitments/schedules.
