Bridal Experience Consultant

Kayrouz Bridal is now recruiting for an ambitious and proven, luxury fashion sales consultant, to join our team in a prestigious and historic location on King Street Sydney.

Your Role

Working closely with the Creative Director, you are tasked with providing unsurpassed customer service to all clients, whilst ensuring the high standards of Kayrouz Bridal are adhered to at all times. 

Your ability to guide new customers through their bridal or special event journey to say yes to the dress and your passion for developing lasting impressions in person, and through social media channels and will ensure your success.

About You 

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Strong retail operational skills with at least two years’ experience in a luxury high end retail environment
• A self-starter, you can manage and book new clients with finesse 
• Ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive, time limited environment 
• Planning and prioritisation of daily administrative and store presentation tasks
• Outstanding personal presentation in line with Kayrouz guidelines 
• High degree of professionalism and maturity when working with all clients
• Adaptable and able to engage with clients' needs
• Ability to inspire and support individuals in a high-performance environment
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment
• Experienced in retail booking / sales systems
• Open and charismatic, clear, and concise verbal and written communication
• Savvy social media enthusiast with a passion for fashion / brand / lifestyle promotion

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum of 2 years luxury brand retail experience 
• Fluency in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
• You will be asked to provide a National Police Clearance Certificate, if your application is successful
