Queensland Fertility Group is a leading provider of IVF and related fertility treatment in Queensland including accessing affordable IVF.

We currently have a permanent Full-Time position available for a Brisbane Clinic Manager, based at the Brisbane Wharf St Clinic.

This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse / Practice Manager to lead an established team dedicated to the fertility journey of our patients. This position offers a rewarding women’s health focus in a practical clinic and day procedure setting working with a dedicated team of fertility professionals.

We are looking for individuals with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with a flexible and adaptable approach. This position would suit someone who enjoys new challenges, embracing a senior role and working within a multidisciplinary team.

Essential Qualifications:

• Fertility based experience OR previous management experience in a specialist clinic setting.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and doctors.
• Nurse: Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA (unconditional)

Desirable: 

• Previous infertility experience
• Tertiary qualifications in a related field
• Midwifery or women's health experience
• Knowledge of the principles in the implementation of QMS
• Understanding or ability to gain knowledge in RTAC code of practice and NHMRC guidelines.
