This is a permanent full-time Monday to Friday opportunity paying a comprehensive salary (Approx. $127,000 + super). We require an experienced Aged Care Leader with a passion for Clinical Care to motivate & mentor this skilled multi-disciplinary team whilst ensuring an exceptional standard of Clinical Care is being delivered to their loyal residents.

THE ROLE:
The purpose of the position is to support the Director of Nursing with responsibilities including but not limited to resident care, staff management, accreditation, AN-ACC funding and continuous quality improvement.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1
- Previous Clinical Management experience in Aged Care
- Demonstrated Clinical Care & staff leadership skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Police Check
