Plant Delivery Driver
Position Summary:
The Plants Delivery Driver, in conjunction with Plants Manager, Plants Coordinator and Plants Team Leaders, has responsibility for the achievement of delivery goals and meeting deadlines for customer orders. In particular the Plants Delivery Driver:
- Carry out deliveries under instruction from Plants Manager, Plants Coordinator and Plants Team Leaders
- Ensures delivery requirements are met at the required level of quality
- Maintains safety and quality standards
- Works with supported employees with delivery related tasks
- Contributes to maintaining quality accreditation

- Brite Service Delivery: Central to Brite’s operations, Service Delivery team ensures our employees are well supported in the job, and develop the knowledge, skills and understanding of Brite staff in engaging and working with people with disability. ·
- Brite Pak: A social enterprise encompassing a variety of manufacturing services to customers, including packaging and labelling, assembly, food plastics manufacturing, food packaging, and warehousing. · Brite Plants: A Nursery Industry Accreditation Scheme Australia (NAISA) accredited wholesale social enterprise nursery,
- Brite Nursery supplies plant stock to local councils, Victorian Government, landscapers, builders/developers across Melbourne and regional Victoria. ·
- Brite Institute: A boutique registered training organisation operating across Melbourne providing high-quality learning outcomes for clients across a range of qualifications, encompassing accredited, non-accredited and fee-for-service scope. ·
- Corporate Services: Encompassing a wide breadth of services, the Corporate Services Department underpins the entirety of Brite’s operations, encompassing Brite Café and catering services.
