Your opportunity to join our team
As a Broiler Serviceperson, your role will primarily be responsible for providing technical assistance to our broiler farms. This will involve monitoring flock health management, husbandry, animal welfare, and biosecurity across all farms to ensure benchmark performance and costs are achieved.

Daily Tasks
- Conduct regular site checks
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, animal welfare code, health and safety regulations, and animal products legislation.
- Broiler Contract Management/Broiler payment – creating spreadsheets, dissemination, performance summaries, and ranking management
- Attend regular compliance and cleaning farm audits, as well as regular on-farm grow-out assessments
- Maintain regular performance metrics and information for grower management. Identify areas of concern and devise management plans for remedial work/support to improve results.
- New Grower onboarding, and facilitating workshops on ventilation, water sanitation, moisture control, and impact.
- 7-day Mort Reporting, incident reporting (including weekly SPCA Certified program commitment)
- Regular monitoring of campylobacter testing and water results
- Host visitors/customers on-site
You will bring to this role
- 3 years experience in the broiler industry required
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You will have excellent analytical and numerical skills
- You will have great computer skills, especially with Excel
