Overview:


We’re looking for an experienced marketing coordinator for Loan Market Australia to implement marketing programs and tools to help Loan Market Australia brokers (includes own-branded broker businesses) generate leads.


In this role, you’ll work closely with the broker network, broker success team and the marketing team to implement our marketing strategy with excellence.


Mission:


Ensure the broker network understands our marketing strategy to find and keep more clients, including content marketing, email marketing, websites, Google Business Profiles, Client Satisfaction programs, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and social media marketing.


Train and support brokers on how to best leverage the suite of Loan Market marketing tools to generate and convert leads and build brand awareness in their targeted marketplaces.


Work with the National Broker Marketing Manager to help scope enhancements and solutions to deliver on marketing KPIs and generate more leads.


Activity:


  • Be the first port-of-call for network marketing queries and requests.
  • Play a key role in onboarding new businesses to our network, to ensure their marketing set-up is rock solid from day one.
  • Proactively engage with our broker network to drive subscriptions to marketing tools and programs.
  • Work with third-party suppliers to provide industry-best marketing & integrated solutions to our brokers.
  • Work closely with our in-house CRM development team to implement enhancements to our marketing offering.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing our marketing offering to generate more leads.
  • Brief the production of high-quality marketing collateral and signage to support brokers: flyers, brochures, office/car signage, and other signage.
  • Build and maintain broker business websites utilising our My Site platform.
  • Drive lead growth through our broker email marketing platform through the development of campaigns and marketing automation, and broker adoption.
  • Create and contribute to the monthly marketing report; compile and track current campaigns.
  • Use content management systems to analyse website traffic and users engagement metrics.
  • Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors, create a monthly report and present it at team meetings.


Criteria for this role:


We are seeking a tech-savvy digital marketing all-rounder who is not satisfied with average; someone who likes to go above and beyond, looks for creative solutions to challenges, doesn’t settle for the status quo, has high attention to detail and is happy to roll up their sleeves and get it all done with exceptional results.


The ideal candidate is someone who is quick to build relationships, a team-player and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Experience in the mortgage industry is not essential but will put you ahead of the pack.


Must have:


  • Marketing or Communications degree.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing.
  • A passion for emerging marketing trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail.


Ideally you are adaptable, autonomous, detail-oriented, and can prioritise tasks. You will need confidence in interacting with advisers and senior stakeholders.
