The Role:

As a vital member of our Broker Support team, you will work closely with both Mortgage Brokers and Loan Processors to guide clients on their finance journey. We are now inviting passionate, positive, customer centric individuals from the financial services or sales industry. 

Role Highlights:

• Liaise with customers, agents, and solicitors on the telephone.
• Track loan applications from submission to settlement and provide post-settlement support to clients.
• Industry-leading technology and systems streamline your role.
• Escalate applications as required.
• You will work with all areas of the business not just limited to one section of the loan process.
• No prior experience is necessary - we value the right attitude and teamwork skills.
• Comprehensive training provided.
   

Requirements:

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work to deadlines.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Computer skills for efficient use of our technology and systems.
• Proactive with a positive attitude.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and work to tight time limits.
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Working in our Darwin Office.
