We are seeking an Account Executive to play a key role in the day to day management of a portfolio of Corporate & Commercial clients and you will be given high levels of autonomy and responsibility to make this role your own.
You will liaise with clients and underwriters by phone and email, whilst providing first class support to our Clients.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Processing new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations
- Respond to enquiries and requests for action from Account Manager.
- Responding to client and underwriter requests and enquiries.
- Negotiating terms with underwriters.
- Generating quotations
- Providing high levels of service to our clients
- Processing of our broking system – Insight
- Some debtor management will be required
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Relevant experience within the Insurance Broking Industry
- Tier 1 General Insurance Broking qualification – essential
- Working knowledge of MS Word – Intermediate level or higher
- Be organised, dependable and have strong attention to detail
- Self motivated with the ability to work effectively without supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience with Insight, Sunrise and Officetech will be viewed favourably
