Your Opportunity
Seeking a permanent full-time enthusiastic Broking Assistant / Receptionist, to take on a varied and rewarding role based in our Kalgoorlie Office.
Working alongside our Broking team, you will provide valuable administrative support and seamless Reception.
Duties will include:
- General reception duties (incoming/outgoing mail, welcoming clients, answering telephone calls etc.)
- Providing general broking administrative support to the team
- Data entry and preparation of client documentation
- Assisting with all building management & maintenance queries
Your Experience
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid Administrative skills
- Professional presentation
- Responsible and reliable
- Ability to carry out tasks with accuracy
- Reception experience
- A polite and professional telephone manner
