Your Opportunity
We're seeking a high calibre individual to join our Retail team located at our Head Office in West Perth.
This is a fast paced, permanent, full-time role, reporting to the Manager - Retail, with key duties including:
- Providing general administrative support to the Account Managers and Retail – Manager, and back up broking tasks
- Preparing standard documentation including all CBS standard template letters and client document packages.
- Collating policy wordings, with new business schedules to be sent to clients.
- The opportunity to contribute to success through the development of new business and retention of existing business.
- The opportunity to be involved in diverse broking portfolios, across Retail clients.
- Preparing reports, manuals and schemes documentation
Your Experience
With interest in wanting to be in the insurance industry, or previous insurance industry experience under your belt, you’re looking for a unique opportunity to grow your career. As an enthusiastic team player who understands the power of exceptional client service you’ll be;
- Tier 2 (desirable)
- A quick learner
- A team player and motivated to contribute directly to the achievement of KPIs impacting client retention, revenue, and client satisfaction

- Highly organised with your finger on the pulse
- An excellent communicator (verbal and written) engaging effectively at all levels
