Bubble Tea Store Manager - City

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and stock control
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the City store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service and to follow store standards/procedures
• Train and develop staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the correct knowledge and skills to fulfill their roles
• Manage inventory levels and conduct stock takes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies 
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Manage team rosters and availability
