Requirements:
- 1-2 Years previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and stock control
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the City store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service and to follow store standards/procedures
- Train and develop staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the correct knowledge and skills to fulfill their roles
- Manage inventory levels and conduct stock takes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
