About the Role
Our client is seeking a Business Process Analyst to work on a large digital transformation program which is looking to implement SAP Cloud, S/4HANA, Ariba, and SuccessFactors. This project's focus is on a transformation of back-office services, ensuring efficient progress through proactive practices, clear design, and effective analysis.
In this role you will be responsible for addressing business problems and enabling outcomes through innovative design, policy changes, and process modifications facilitated by selected technology solutions.
The role is purely process focused.
The 4 different streams are:
- Order to Cash / Budget to Report - Focused on the full Budget to Report process & Order to Cash process including general tax, accounting, billing, AR, etc. (2 roles)
- Acquire to Retire - Focused on full asset lifecycle. Must have experience with asset maintenance (1 role)
- Hire to Retire - Focused on full Hire to Retire lifecycle. Must have rostering, payroll and HCM experience (1 role)
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in business process design, modelling, mapping and documentation
- Experience working on at least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementation
- Strong process knowledge and experience across at least one area: Order to Cash, Budget to Report, Hire to Retire, and/or Acquire to Retire
- Proven experience creating process optimization in large and complex organisations
- Experience developing process training documentation and designing workshops
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident for clearance requirements
Terms
- Multiple positions available starting ASAP (our client can wait for the right candidate to give notice to their current employer)
- Sydney CBD office with flexible hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office)
- Paying up to $750 including super per day
- 6-month initial contract with strong potential to extend
