Environmental Management Specialist

Support planning and delivery of environmental programs in support of significant renewable infrastructure projects.

Salary range $143,964 – $194,775 (based on experience) plus super.

About You:

With demonstrated proficiency in project development and Environmental Management across the project life cycle, you are comfortable in navigating environmental impact assessment and approval processes as they relate to large scale infrastructure projects. With expertise in environmental aspects, you effortlessly navigate the complexities of multi-stage projects, ensuring seamless transitions from planning to implementation. You are a forward-thinker able to anticipate and prepare for the next stage, contributing to the overall success of the project. Whether managing interfaces, negotiating with stakeholders, or resolving conflicts you excel in driving projects forward.

About the role:

Play a pivotal role in driving project deliverables, particularly project approvals documentation and plans for the Battery of the Nation across project stages. You provide guidance on planning and executing environmental programs within a multidisciplinary team environment, ensuring alignment, and understanding among all parties involved. By facilitating collaboration among various stakeholders, you will work to guarantee compliance and quality assurance of processes. Additionally, you will manage internal signoffs and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders to address concerns or conflicts ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with environmental objectives.
