Your new role
Bring your skills, experience and talent to our Finance team as a Budget Analyst.
We are looking for a positive, motivated, and customer-focused person who is open to continuous growth and transformation.
As a member of our team, you’ll help us achieve our purpose of supporting our WA Health System customers to provide excellent health care by:

  • Partnering with business areas to co-create budgets, forecast expenditures, and offer guidance on budgeting, planning, and compliance with relevant financial legislation.
  • Proactively identify financial risks and partner with the business to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Developing innovative and insightful financial tools, reports and modelling solutions.
  • Contributing to the expansion of our financial reporting capabilities using Power BI.

  • Demonstrated finance partnering ability to collaboratively develop and maintain a budget of approximately $330 million and oversee approximately 1,200 FTEs.
  • A talent for providing clear and insightful analysis and creating reports that foster a deeper understanding among our team and business partners.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for dissecting numbers and data.
  • Autonomy in your work style while seamlessly integrating with our close-knit team, fostering a culture of partnership.
