Role responsibilities include:
Project Creation, within computerised system, co-ordination, review and quality checks.
Budget Baselining, reviewing Directorate/branch budgets for consistency and adequacy.
Invoice coding and processing.
Revenue tracking outside of Commonwealth funding.
Data quality – reviewing project attributes to ensure consistency throughout internal systems.
It is essential you have:
Excel based skills and experience.
Administration experience in a financial Capacity
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
