Our client is an busy national builder who has been operating for over 20 years across all of Australia. They are specialists in the insurance construction sector across both residential and commercial properties. With exciting growth across the company, they are looking for an enthusiastic supervisor/Building Assessor to step into this role.
THE ROLE:
The Supervisor / Assessor will be responsible for assessing, estimating and coordinating insurance building projects.
Full training will be provided.
You will be supported by an experienced management team and an office based Project Coordinator.
The business has two positions available across Adelaide.
ABOUT YOU:
- Carpentry background is preferred
- Experience in remedial/renovations/newbuilds
- Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, and all construction related trades and suppliers
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to oversee more than one project simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication;
- Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards.
- Good computer skill
