Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project filing, drafting contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of estimations
- Monitor and record project expenses, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/site visits/inspections
- Implement quality assurance/quality control procedures to ensure that construction activities meet quality standards and specifications.
- Support project managers with administrative tasks and project-related activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn and support the team
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
