This role will suit a current Building Code Consultant or Building Certifier with a few years of grounding experience in certification and BCA ready to take on their next career challenge.
  

• You’ll be assessing project documentation, liasing with clients, making recommendations for compliance with the Building Code of Australia to facilitate the issuance of building approvals in a fast, courteous and efficient manner.
• Where compliance is not possible, you’ll be advising on modification or performance variations to procedures and the investigation of alternative avenues for resolution. You’ll also undertake BCA audits for existing buildings, workplaces and built environment.
• You’ll also undertake technical compliance reviews of project designs and desktop reviews and/or site work including project and client meetings as well as providing response to queries.
• This role will also be doing the preparation of technical reports overviewing compliance requirements and recommendations for projects.
