Onley's Holdings is looking for an Administration Assistance to join the team. Working with a small team of Project Managers, your role will include:
- Processing Invoices.
- Assisting with Tender Submission.
- Project Budget Reviews.
- Preparing site OHS documents.
- General Administration Tasks
On job training will be provided and work days and hours will be discussed if you are the successful applicant.
Skills and experience
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to interpret drawings, tender and contract documents (would be ideal but not necessary, training can be provided).
- High level of administration and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
