- Team Head / Associate - Remedial
Typical day-to-day activities:
- Inspections / site visits
- Provide advisory consulting services to strata, building managers, homeowners, and commercial and industrial enterprises.
- Technical due diligence reporting
- Condition and Building Defects audits
- Dilapidation surveys and make-good assessments
- Maintenance forecasts
- Project management
- Work autonomously
- Ability to travel in the local Sydney LGAs
Must have:- Friendly and personable
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Able to travel locally
- Experience in either Building Defects, Building Surveying, remedial, façade, forensic or Structural Engineering.
In return:- Flexible working conditions - WFH/Office/Part Time/Full Time
- Remuneration between $110,000 - $170,000 TFR (commensurate with the role and experience).
