AddressThe Role:
We are seeking an experienced site foreman to play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a combination of leadership, technical expertise, and organisational skills to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budgetary constraints. The Building Projects Foreman is responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring that work is carried out according to specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
This role will be a 12-18 month contract, with the expectation of it becoming a permanent position upon completion.

You must have:
- Certificate III in Building and Construction
- Current driver's licence
- Current employment class, Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable Persons Registration
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
- Technical ability to read and understand construction-related documentation including plans
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols
