Role Overview: Pierce Building Services (PBS) is seeking a dynamic Building Insurance Repair Supervisor/Estimator to join our dedicated team. This pivotal role involves overseeing and managing Insurance Repair claims across Greater Melbourne and Semi Regional areas. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that each claim is handled with precision, efficiency and the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and manage Insurance Repair claims, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with both PBS staff and our valued clients.
- Collaborate with our expert team to generate detailed building inspection reports, scope of works and accurate cost estimations.
- Efficiently manage your time and resources to meet and exceed client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Take charge of programming, monitoring and controlling all aspects of individual Insurance Repair claims.
- Employ effective communication and negotiation skills when dealing with tradespeople and contractors.
