We are currently seeking a highly driven and motivated tradie, ready to get off the tools and looking for their next big challenge. Experience in the volume home building industry is favoured however not essential, a keen eye for detail and a "can do" attitude is what we are looking for.
This role will cover jobs across the Gold Coast/Jimboomba/Canungra areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing multiple jobs including trades and labour
- Programming of works to meet minimum timeframes
- Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of and adherence to WH&S requirements
- Close liaison between internal and external staff members
- Close liaison with clients and relationship building
Skills & Experience
- Sound technical knowledge (home building experience and background)
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in a construction related discipline (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience as a team player who can work unsupervised
- Good forward planning / programming / organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent professional and personal presentation
- Computer literacy
- Full unencumbered driver's licence
