Building Supervisor | Port Macquarie

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing multiple construction projects including trades and labour
• Programming of works to meet minimum timeframes
• Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions
• Knowledge of and adherence to WH&S requirements
• Close liaison between internal and external staff members
• Close liaison with clients and relationship building

Skills & Experience

• Sound technical knowledge (home building experience and background)
• Certificate IV Building & Construction Required
• High volume residential building experience essential
• Carpentry background (preferred) but not essential
• Site Supervisor License minimum required
• Demonstrated experience as a team player who can work unsupervised
• Good forward planning / programming / organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent professional and personal presentation
• Computer literacy
• Full unencumbered driver's licence
