Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing multiple construction projects including trades and labour
- Programming of works to meet minimum timeframes
- Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of and adherence to WH&S requirements
- Close liaison between internal and external staff members
- Close liaison with clients and relationship building
Skills & Experience
- Sound technical knowledge (home building experience and background)
- Certificate IV Building & Construction Required
- High volume residential building experience essential
- Carpentry background (preferred) but not essential
- Site Supervisor License minimum required
- Demonstrated experience as a team player who can work unsupervised
- Good forward planning / programming / organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent professional and personal presentation
- Computer literacy
- Full unencumbered driver's licence
