Position Overview:
If you are searching for a role to manage a strong but small security team, at a boutique location, with a highly supportive client, where exceptional customer service is the focus? Then this is the ideal leadership role for you. With an opportunity to oversee your own small security team, managing daily operations at our Boutique retail sites in Bondi junction with an Immediate Start at a convenient central location.
Role Responsibilities:
- Facilitating client, customer, and tenant relations.
- Ensuring Compliance via Quality System Management
- Leading and Coordinating a small security team
- Managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assuring Service and Delivery Standards (inclusive of auditing and reporting obligations)
Pay rate & Roster:
- Full-time permanent position
- SSIA Level 5+ L/H & 1st Aid Allowances rates + Applicable Loadings & Penalties, without an additional overtime amounting to a yearly salary nearing $94,000 + Super
- Sunday - Thursday roster
- Located Bondi Junction, Sydney NSW
