Our client is a well-established consulting firm that can act as ‘Statutory Building Surveyor/Certifier’ or provide services as a ‘Consulting Building Surveyor/Certifier’. With projects nationwide, our client has earned a reputation as an industry leader in Building Surveying consultancy.
DUTIES
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records and files
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders, including communication throughout the building permit process
- Assisting with fee proposals
- Supervising the admin team and providing support to enable efficient workflow delivery
- Responding to correspondence within acceptable timeframes
- Data entry and use of data base
- Accurate and timely processing of invoicing
- Sourcing information and setting up new clients
- Handling operational queries, internal and external, as required
- Seeking improvement to procedures and processes
- Assisting with general office management

- Strong experience in an administration role
- Experience in the Building Surveying industry or working for a builder looking after permits (preferred)
